W.Bro Graham Taylor Bailey, P.G.J.D. RAMGR

 
W.Bro. Graham Taylor Bailey P.G.J.D. and holder of R.A.M.G.R. is the Provincial Grand Masters Special Representative for the Eccles and South Eastern Group of Lodges including Cloister Mark Lodge meeting at the Grange Club Stockport and Chorlton Royal Ark Mariners Lodge meeting at Urmston Masonic Hall.
 
He succeeded W.Bro. Christopher Robert McNab P.G.S.D. in May 2014.
 
Graham joined Chorlton Mark Lodge in April 2000 and was appointed Secretary of the Lodge and Chorlton Royal Ark Mariners Lodge in 2006 a post which he held until 2014. He was appointed Provincial Grand Senior Overseer in 2008.
 
In 2013 he was appointed Grand Standard Bearer and attended most of the Installations of new Provincial Grand Masters during the year, an Office which he
thoroughly enjoyed and found it most rewarding, even though he did clock up a few hundred miles. Newquay Cornwall being the furthest and most expensive, as his wife thought it would be a good idea to incorporate the trip with a week’s holiday.
 
He has been a member of Davyhulme Craft Lodge since 1973 and has been W.M. four times.
 
Life out side Freemasonry.
 
Graham is married to Dorothy, he has a son (working for Lombard Finances) and a daughter (Independent Financial Advisor) and two grandchildren.
 
He joined Manchester City Police Force in January 1964 at 19 yrs. and retired as Chief Inspector after 30 yrs.
 
He then ran his own Garden Maintenance business for 15 yrs after which he finally hung up his boots - but not his walking boots.
 
He enjoys walking in the hills of Snowdonia (where he has a static caravan near Conwy) North Yorkshire and the Lake District.
 
He still enjoys gardening but only his own.
